Jiangsu High Hope Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd., invested by Jiangsu High Hope International Group and CDB Development Fund Co., Ltd with the registered capital of RMB 590 million, is one of Jiangsu key logistics enterprises, Jiangsu provincial agricultural leading enterprises, and the first batch of pilot enterprises involved in the national Specification for Cold-Chain Food Logistics Service.

The High Hope cold chain logistics base is located in new district, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, the central area of Yangtze River delta and closely next to the comprehensive bonded zone of Zhenjiang. The base occupies a total land area of 200,000 square meters, with the construction area of 100,000 square meters and a total investment of RMB 1 billion, which is one of Jiangsu "Ten, Hundred, Thousand" key projects. To establish the most powerful cold chain logistics center with the highest level and most advanced technologies in the Yangtze River delta area, the construction of the cold chain logistics zone is comprehensively promoted. Currently, the construction of phase I project is basically completed, including the low temperature (–25°C and –18°C) warehouse, high temperature (0°C–4°C) warehouse, and constant temperature (10°C–15°C) warehouse with the total are of 36,000 square meters, the normal temperature warehouse of 30,000 square meters, imported food demonstration and trading center of 20,000 square meters, and customs bonded warehouse of 2,800 square meters. The construction for the integration of inspection and storage of imported meat and aquatic foods has been approved by the inspection and quarantine department and is being accelerated.

Service of warehousing in multiple temperature layers: A warehouse with multiple temperature layers and 230,000 cubic meters has been built, which adopts the most advanced refrigeration technology and visual temperature control management for real-time monitoring and the WMS system for accurate management on warehoused goods to ensure goods security.

Whole-course controllable cold chain transportation: The self-owned and third-party logistics fleets are integrated to organize a cold chain logistics fleet including 170 frozen and refrigerated vehicles equipped with the TMS and GPS accurate management systems to provide the safe, fast, convenient, quality, and effective cold chain inter-city transportation and intra-city delivery services for supermarkets, retailers, and e-commerce enterprises.

Leading product processing technology: Flexible processing rooms of 2,000 square meters that meet the GMP, SSOP, and HACCP standards and adopt German top-level equipment and technologies are set up to provide diversified services such as imported fresh food in-warehouse processing and secondary packaging.

Full-featured experience center: A four-story imported food demonstration and trading center of 20,000 square meters, which is the first global fresh food-oriented commercial complex, is established to provide comprehensive services such as information releasing, exhibition, brand promotion for global well-known food producers and suppliers.

Financial support of various modes: Based on different requirements of customers, supply chain finance services such as trade settlement and credit guarantee are provided for customers to develop businesses in Chinese market.

Smooth comprehensive trade service: Depending on Zhenjiang new district, which is a national economic and technological development zone, and Dagang of Zhenjiang, which is the national first-class open port and the third largest port of inland water navigation, play the strengths of the comprehensive bonded zone, bonded warehouse, and exclusive inspection platform to provide highly-effective and convenient integrated services for import and export trade.
